LOCATION - Our villa is located in Capo di Stelle, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with about ten families. The road serving this residential area is a private cul-de-sac, secured at the entrance by a metal gate. THE VILLA - This is a brand new, high-end house, well-equipped, air-conditioned, and in a quiet location, perfectly insulated from outside noise and neighbors (triple glazing, neighbors at a respectable distance). The large private parking area next to the villa (for two large vehicles) is secured by motion-activated floodlights and is entirely at your disposal.
THE BEACH - From the villa, you can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes, by taking the new path along the hill, - The beach restaurant, with an excellent reputation, offers a delicious gourmet menu.
